  Sign an agreement to respect academic regulations (form to be collected at the Livingstone University College secretariat).

  Submit two recent passport-sized photos.

  Submit a complete identity certificate.

  Submit a copy of national identity card.

  Submit a payment slip for registration and student card fees.
